Campania is one of Italy's largest regions, and its health system serves millions of citizens. Kingpin built and operates Zea, a regional health intelligence platform that gives the Campania health authority a single system for epidemiological research, infectious disease surveillance and patient clinical records.

Three active programmes run on the platform today: an HPV cervical cancer surveillance study tracking lab panels, imaging and biopsy data; a Post-COVID follow-up programme capturing clinical parameters and vaccination histories; and PREMAL, a mandatory infectious disease notification system (Varicella, Measles, Tuberculosis, Rubella and others) that transmits directly to the Italian Ministry of Health.

When an outbreak occurs, Zea maps real-time case distribution across municipalities and Local Health Authorities (ASLs) through interactive heatmaps, enabling rapid, evidence-based response from regional authorities.

Working directly with the Government of Zacatecas, Kingpin is building the state a single digital backbone for healthcare: one central system for patient files, shared across the network of public hospitals and extended to participating private facilities as well.

Beyond records, the platform digitalizes how care itself is run: clinical procedures and protocols are standardised, tracked and enforced in software, so a patient presents the same file, and receives the same standard of care, whichever hospital in the state they walk into.

The result is a health system that operates as one institution instead of dozens of disconnected ones: less duplicated work, fewer lost histories, and state-level visibility over how care is actually delivered.

Casa por Casa, or "house by house," is exactly what it sounds like: healthcare that goes to the citizen instead of waiting for the citizen to come to it. In Mexico City, Kingpin supports the program's digital backbone.

Field teams visiting homes across the capital need tools that work in the real world: patient registration, health records and program reporting that hold up far from a hospital's infrastructure.
